Cómo hacer Sarvangabaddhasana
 

Túmbate recto sobre tu espalda con las piernas estiradas y las manos sueltas a ambos lados del cuerpo. Ahora cruza las piernas en Padmasana, el asiento del loto y levanta tus piernas de manera que descansen sobre tu pecho. Estira los brazos frente a ti y déjalos caer encima de las piernas, intentando alcanzar, si puedes, los glúteos con las manos.
 

Beneficios de Sarvangabaddhasana
 

Practicar esta postura de yoga, el cierre corporal completo, es beneficioso para tu área abdominal. Te puede ayudar con los problemas digestivos y mejora la digestión.
Al contraer los músculos de la región pélvica, Sarvangabaddhasana también te ayuda con tu energía sexual y estimula el chakra Manipoor, el tercer chakra o chakra de la acción.

Debes sentir el estiramiento pero no tener dolor. Mientras estés en esta postura, respira con normalidad. Inhala al salir de la posición.
